Registration for the 2022 workshop is open. To register, please fill out this form indicating that you wish to pay the $275.00 (US funds) deposit and click on the “Pay by Credit Card” box below; or if you prefer to pay by check, see the instructions at the bottom of this form.
If you already have a confirmed Workshop seat and wish to pay the tuition balance, please fill out this form indicating that you wish to pay $1,100.00 and click on the “Pay by Credit Card” box below; or if you prefer to pay by check, see the instructions at the bottom of this form. The deadline for receipt of the total registration fee of $1,375.00 is 29 January 2022. Submission of this form will be considered sufficient notice of the 29th January deadline.
Note 1: Note 1: All tuition payments for a confirmed 2022 Workshop seat are refundable in full upon request at any time through 29th January 2022, approximately a month before the beginning of the 2022 Workshop. By this date, you must either have requested a refund or requested that your name be placed on the waiting list for the 2023 Workshop. After this date, tuition fees paid, whether $275.00 or $1,375.00, will be refunded only if your vacated seat can be filled. For your own protection and as a courtesy to others, if you learn that you will not be using your seat, we request that you inform us as soon as possible.
Note 2:Persons on the 2020/2021 list will automatically be registered for the 2022 workshop and should make a payment of the balance $1,100.00 by 29th January 2022 to attend in 2022.
