Registration for the 2024 workshop is open. To register, please fill out this form indicating that you wish to pay the $300.00 (US funds) deposit and click on the “Pay by Credit Card” box below; or if you prefer to pay by check, see the instructions at the bottom of this form.
If you already have a confirmed Workshop seat and wish to pay the tuition balance, please fill out this form indicating that you wish to pay $1,200.00 and click on the “Pay by Credit Card” box below; or if you prefer to pay by check, see the instructions at the bottom of this form. The deadline for receipt of the total registration fee of $1,500.00 is 15th April 2024. Submission of this form will be considered sufficient notice of the 15th April deadline.
Note 1: All tuition payments for a confirmed 2024 Workshop seat are refundable in full upon request at any time through 15th April, 2024, approximately a month before the beginning of the 2024 Workshop. By this date, you must either have requested a refund or requested that your name be placed on the waiting list for the 2025 Workshop. After this date, tuition fees paid, whether $300.00 or $1,500.00, will be refunded only if your vacated seat can be filled. For your own protection and as a courtesy to others, if you learn that you will not be using your seat, we request that you inform us as soon as possible.
Note 2: Persons on the 2023 list will automatically be registered for the 2024 workshop and should make a payment of the balance $1,200.00 by 15th April 2024 to attend in 2024.
