Registration for the 2018 workshop is open. To register, please fill out this form indicating that you wish to pay the $275.00 (US funds) deposit and click on the “Pay by Credit Card” box below; or if you prefer to pay by check, see the instructions at the bottom of this form.
If you already have a confirmed Workshop seat and wish to pay the tuition balance, please fill out this form indicating that you wish to pay $975.00 and click on the “Pay by Credit Card” box below; or if you prefer to pay by check, see the instructions at the bottom of this form. The deadline for receipt of the total registration fee of $1,250.00 is 14 September 2018. Submission of this form will be considered sufficient notice of the 14 September deadline.
Note: All tuition payments for a confirmed 2018 Workshop seat are refundable in full upon request at any time through 14 September 2018, one month before the beginning of the 2018 Workshop. By this date, you must either have requested a refund or requested that your name be placed on the waiting list for the 2019 Workshop. After this date, tuition fees paid, whether $275.00 or $1,250.00, will be refunded only if your vacated seat can be filled. For your own protection and as a courtesy to others, if you learn that you will not be using your seat, we request that you inform us as soon as possible.
